No. MetaTrader on a phone does not run bots: install it on a computer or a Windows VPS. On your phone you can log in with your account and see the trades the bot opens.

The simplest is a Windows VPS: you log in from your Mac with the Windows App and install everything there. The VPS page has the step by step.

No. Each key is for one account. To copy on another account, write to us and we'll give you another key.

Both charts show their role in green: Operator connected to the server and Watching the trades. When a signal arrives, the panel shows it as the last signal and the trade appears in MetaTrader's Trade tab.

Check the six points of My bot is not copying: the cause is almost always one of them. If everything is fine, that page says what to send us.

The bot copies the signals we send: if there were no signals today, there is nothing to copy. And the market closes at the weekend.

Check that MetaTrader's Algo Trading button is green and that the bot has that option ticked in its Common tab. If it stays the same, ask your broker whether your account type accepts bots.

That's normal: that chart is the bot's panel and shows its lines on a black background. Don't close it.

Yes. The bot only handles the trades it opens; it doesn't touch yours.

You left both charts as Operator. On the second chart press F7 and change the Role to Watcher.

The second chart is missing. Open another EURUSD and put the bot on it with Role = Watcher (step 8).

The Operator is on another pair. Switch that chart to your broker's EURUSD, with its suffix if it has one.

The key was copied wrong or it changed. Press F7 and paste the key again, without spaces. If it stays the same, write to us and we'll send it again.

That one, with its suffix. The bot reads from the chart how your broker names the other symbols: on EURUSDm, an AUDJPY trades as AUDJPYm.

On the Operator, type XAUUSD=GOLD in Symbols your broker names differently, as in step 7. The panel will show the line Map: XAUUSD as GOLD.

You choose it on the Operator: a fixed lot, or a percent of your balance per signal. The video of step 6 shows it.

We see the reason: an excluded symbol, the market closed, price already far from the entry or your broker's refusal. Write to us and we'll tell you which one.

When price touches TP1, it moves your stop loss to the entry. It notices even if the touch lasts an instant or it was off at that moment.

After TP1 the stop is at your entry. If price comes back before your TP, the trade closes there; the spread or the commission can leave it slightly negative.

Your broker requires a minimum distance between the stop and the price. The Watcher tries every second and sets it as soon as the broker accepts.

Only the server, your key and Role = Watcher. Leave the rest as it comes: the lot, the list and the map are the Operator's.

Repeat steps 2 to 8 on the new computer with the same key. Your settings are not saved outside MetaTrader.

Yes. Remove the bot from the old account and put it on the new one with the same key. If your key is tied to the old account, write to us and we'll change it.
